Iâ€™m usually pretty sad when summer comes to an end, but for some reason this year I feel different. I canâ€™t wait to go apple picking, pumpkin picking and all those wonderful things you can do in the fall! This dessert is the perfect end of summer treat; itâ€™s light and crisp, requires no cooking and is absolutely addicting!
You can easily double this recipe for a large party or halve it for less servings.
