- 1 tsp. turmeric
- ginger root, peeled and minced
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- a pinch of black pepper
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 tsp. honey
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
*Other types of milk work well, too. However, make sure you don’t use dairy products, otherwise you may end up dealing with lactose intolerance, eczema, allergies, acne, hives, breathing issues, and IBS.
