Cancer Thrives in an Acidic Environment. Do This To Make Your Body Alkaline As Quickly As Possible

Our health significantly depends on the pH balance in the body, and the alkaline environment is perfect for the enzymatic, immunologic, and repair mechanisms.

Blood pH is regulated in three ways: the changes in the breathing rate regulate the levels of carbon dioxide, which is mildly acidic. For instance, during exercise, the body creates lactic acid, which is acidic,  and carbon dioxide, whose exhalation excretes acids.

Excess acid is also excreted in the urine.

Also, the blood contains one special chemical in high levels, called buffers, which function by resisting the sudden changes in pH.

The acidic environment in the body often leads to various degenerative and autoimmune diseases and causes adverse effects on the cell metabolism, causes fluid retention and edema, reduces energy levels, and boosts the free radical production.

Acidic pH levels in the body can cause stroke, cancer, gout, diabetes, obesity, allergies, migraines, cataracts, arthritis, morning sickness, and osteoporosis.

The pH value in the body is affected by everything we consume. While plant-based foods are alkaline, animal-based foods are usually acidic. All of these are needed for an optimal pH balance, but w should avoid overly acidic foods like processed and fast foods.

To test the pH levels, you can purchase pH strips, or make a urine test in the morning. The first reading is normally more acidic, as, during the night, the body eliminates the acid.

The second reading is more accurate, therefore. Then, you should compare the result to the color chart provided to learn the condition of your body.

These are some effective tips to alkalize the body and prevent various health issues, including cancer:

— Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. Then, squeeze the juice from half of an organic lemon into a glass of lukewarm water, add half a teaspoon of baking soda, and drink this alkalizing drink.

— Increase the intake of fresh vegetables and fruits, and juice them. Enrich your smoothies with cayenne, kelp, spirulina, barley grass, chlorella, and wheat grass.

You should consume only grass-fed, organic animal products.

Avoid refined sugar, fried foods, and acidic processed foods.

Consume alkaline water, which has a pH level of 9.

Replace the commercial household cleaning agents with diluted apple cider vinegar, lemons, essential oils, or plant proteins.

Choose some toxin-free, natural shampoo, and conditioner, lotions, creams, body wash or soap, toothpaste, and mouthwash.
